Word Search with Vocabulary about the Day of the Dead (Día de Muertos) in Spanish.
This activity contains the following 21 words: alfeñique, altar, angelito, ataúd. atole, calacas, calavera, careta, Catrina, cementerio, copal, cruz, familia, flores, incienso, México, noviembre, ofrenda, pan de muerto, papel picado, velas. Note, all words and clues are in capital letters.

There are two versions of this word search. One version is with the clues at the bottom of the worksheet. The other version does not have the clues. There are 21 lines where students need to write the Spanish Day of the Dead vocabulary that they find. This is great for students that are fast finishers.

This Word Search is completely in Spanish without any English on the worksheet. An answer sheet is included so that students can check their own work.

Note: We use the term Día de Muertos as used in Mexico and not Día de los Muertos (which is a translation of the English “Day of the Dead”)
